Therapeutic Massage

Signature Massage
The combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue and Shiatsu massage is tailored to the concerns and needs of each client. The traditional Swedish technique relaxes and promotes circulation while the concentrated pressure of Deep Tissue therapy releases muscle tension. When integrated with the ancient healing method of stretching and acupressure of Shiatsu, the body and soul are elevated to extraordinary new levels.

Hot Stone Massage
A Signature massage combined with heated stones, which are glided across the body with warm oil and placed on specific points of the body to help melt away stress.
$60/45 min. $110/90 min.

Pregnancy Massage
A nurturing massage which focuses on the specific needs of the expectant mother as her body goes through major dramatic structural, physiological, psychological, spiritual, and social changes during this experience. This therapeutic treatment can help alleviate the discomforts and overall fatigue often associated with pregnancy.
$45/30 min. $65/60 min.

Thai/Shiatsu Combo Massage

The combination of these two ancient techniques, which have been practiced for thousands of years, includes yoga-like stretching and rhythmic pressure along the body’s meridian lines to unblock and stimulate the flow of energy. Designed to be both relaxing and stimulating, this massage also helps to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and bring balance to the body.
$150/120 min.

Private Massage Workshops (Pair/Couple)
Share the healing gift of touch to those you love most! Learn the basics of the art of massage using swedish, deep tissue, and shiatsu techniques. This workshop also includes preparation for massage, draping, proper body mechanics, flow, and more! Practice with your friend or partner under guidance and supervision in a warm and supportive atmosphere. This workshop may be taken as many times as you and your partner/friend like or until both of you are comfortable with the techniques. There is always something new to learn each time.
$200 Initial Workshop (3 Hours)
$75 per hour thereafter

Chakra Journeys

Chakra Consultation
A private consultation which includes an introduction to the chakras and a personal chakra analysis. It is recommended to have an initial Chakra Consultation before having a Chakra Balancing Session or beginning Private Chakra Journey Sessions.
$50/1 Hour

Chakrassage Balancing Session
Utilizes essential oils, crystals, guided visualization, energywork, and massage that work together to aid in the process of clearing blockages and allowing energy to flow more freely and effectively within the chakra system.
$75/1 Hour

Private Chakra Journey Sessions
These private sessions follow the same fundamental techniques as the Chakra Workshops/Classes, except it is on an individual basis. It is recommended to go through the chakras in sequential order and spend at least one session on each chakra. This journey is different for everyone, and it deserves as much time that is needed for each individual to process.
$65/1 Hour

These workshops/classes are designed to provide an understanding of the origin and systemic use of the chakras. Journey through the seven main chakras and learn why it is important to keep these energy centers of our body clear and balanced. Explore a variety of techniques and therapies which assist toward well-being through transformation, self-discovery, and self-healing. Learn how to keep the chakras balanced and how to recognize where and why a dis-ease has manifested in the physical, emotional, and/or spiritual body. Discussion and sharing in a group setting relating to the lectured topics provide a space in which everyone participating can benefit. Some workshops/classes include some yoga and meditation, as well as hands on instruction on how to perform chakra therapy/balancing on yourself and others.
